House on Worth Burglarized
A house in the 5600 block of Worth was burglarized this past weekend (October 20) while the residents were away. Entry was made through the bedroom window via the back yard from the alley. Stolen were two TVs, a dell laptop computer, a DVD player, a digital camera, and some jewelry.
Plants and Pots Stolen from Porch
Dead plants in pretty pots were recently stolen from a porch in the 5400 block of Worth.
Suspicious Activity in Alley
Three Hispanic males, aged 18-20 years old, were observed in the alley behind the 5400 block of Gaston on Saturday October 20, at 1:00 p.m. with a 25 inch flat TV. They also had pillow cases filled with things that they were stuffing into a garbage can. The police were called. Is anybody missing a TV?
Copper Downspouts Stolen
A few weeks ago, copper downspouts were stolen from a house in the 5200 block of Victor during the day.
Plants and Furniture Stolen from Porch
Plants and furniture were stolen from a front porch in the 5530 block of Tremont several weeks ago. The theft happened during the day. About a week ago, five shots were fired at the corner of Tremont and Beacon. Shell casings were found in the front yard.
House Burglarized on Dumont
A house was burglarized in the 700 block of Dumont on Saturday, October 13, during the daylight hours between 11 am and 3 pm. Stolen were a bike, some cash, a large quantity of DVDs, and other items.
Car Vandalized on Parkmont
A rear window on a car parked in the 700 block of Parkmont was broken and a bag was taken from the back seat sometime after 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 14. The car was parked in the driveway.
