Johnny Szklarski, the lead gardener at our August Junius Heights Historic District Yard of the Month, gets great support from parents Jennifer and John, and brother Charlie. They’ve lived in their handsome Craftsman home at 5527 Worth for 13 years. Johnny, with seeds he’s collected, began the garden as a spring project at Peak Prep, and hummingbirds arrived as we took photos. Charlie starts 6th grade at Long Middle School this fall.
