• Preservation/Zoning — Advocates for historic preservation and addresses zoning issues.

• Yard of the Month — Recognizes outstanding landscapes that enhance neighborhood character.
• Block Captains — Connects directly with neighbors and helps strengthen participation and membership.
• Safety, Dallas VIP & Crime Watch — Promotes neighborhood safety, education, and volunteer initiatives.
